- Consulting
- Our staff of consultants have very broad competence in the areas of developing real-time
embedded systems. This covers all phases of a typical development project (from
Requirement Specification to Test), including Iterative and Incremental Development. Our
focus is centered around the use of well-known and mature tools such as Telelogic Tau from
Telelogic AB and Rational Rose Real Time (RoseRT) from Rational.

- MSC/SDL/SDT
- We have specialised in the use of MSC (Message Sequence Chart; ITU-T Z.120) and SDL
(Specification and Description Language; ITU-T Z.100) by use of Telelogic
Tau. We have
used Telelogic Tau since 1992 and have edge competence concerning how the different parts
of Telelogic Tau such as editors, analyzers, code generators, and simulators should be
used efficiently (both on NT and Unix platform), and how Telelogic Tau' run-time kernel
(Master Library; CAdvanced and CMicro) should be adapted to different target platforms.

- UML/RoseRT
- Over the past two years we have specialised in the use of UML (Unified Modeling
Language) by use of RoseRT. We have edge competence concerning how the different parts of
RoseRT, such as editors, code generators, and simulators should be used efficiently, both
on NT and Unix platform.

- TTCN/ITEX/SCS
- Over the past year we have specialised in the use of TTCN (Tree and Tabular Combined
Notation) by use of ITEX from Telelogic AB. We have edge competence concerning the use of
ASN.1 (Abstract Syntax Notation One) combined with TTCN, and the adaptation of test ports
for different Operating Systems.

- Our staff of consultants are all experienced programmers in the most widely used
programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Perl, etc.

- Courses/Training
- Our Senior Consultants have produced hands-on training material which are the basis for
on-site training.

- Mobile applications
- Our staff of consultants have developed so-called Mobile Applications, utilizing
technologies such as WAP (Wireless Application Protocol), SMS (Short Message
Service), WEB servers, SQL databases, etc. The main platform for such
applications have been Linux.

- Our staff of consultants have, over the past years, worked in a number of
projects where Embedded Linux have been deployed. The tasks performed by our
employees cover architectural design, system design, detailed design,
implementation, test-and-verification.

- Our staff of consultants have, over the past years, worked in a number of
projects where HA by means of MISRA (The Motor Industry Software Reliability
Association) have been deployed. The tasks performed by our employees cover
architectural design, system design, detailed design, implementation,
test-and-verification.

- SystemSoft AS is a member of The
Collaborative, Analog Devices' Third Party Program for Embedded Processor &
DSP
Applications with special competence within uClinux for Blackfin, and ADSP-21xx, ADSP-BF5xx
(Blackfin), ADSP-21xxx (SHARC) processor families.
